TCLF Regional Skills Partnerships
Regional Skills Partnerships (RSPs) are collaborative networks that bring together businesses, education and training providers, public authorities, social partners and other key stakeholders to address skills needs at regional level. By working closely with local ecosystems, Regional Skills Partnerships help ensure that education and training provision reflects labour market demands and supports the competitiveness of Europe’s Textile, Clothing, Leather and Footwear (TCLF) industries.
As part of the Pact for Skills, Regional Skills Partnerships play a vital role in implementing skills strategies on the ground. They promote cooperation between industry and education, support lifelong learning, encourage upskilling and reskilling, and contribute to the green and digital transitions by developing the workforce needed for the future.
The TCLF Skills Alliance supports the development and growth of Regional Skills Partnerships across Europe by facilitating knowledge exchange, sharing best practices and connecting regional initiatives with European policies and networks. Through collaboration, Regional Skills Partnerships strengthen local innovation ecosystems while contributing to the wider objectives of the Pact for Skills and the European Skills Agenda.

Set up your Regional Skills Partnership
The TCLF Skills Alliance welcomes regional authorities, industry associations, companies, vocational education and training providers, higher education institutions, research organisations and social partners interested in strengthening skills within their regional textile ecosystem.
If you are interested in setting up a partnership in your region, reach out to pfs@euratex.eu for support and guidance on how to make it happen. You may find attached the template to filled out with your Work Programme, that once provided to the TCLF Skills Alliance, it will begin the process of formalisation and validation by the EU Pact for Skills Support Services and the European Commission.
