TCLFSkillBridge

TCLFSkillBridge is a European project designed to strengthen the connection between education, training and industry across the Textile, Clothing, Leather and Footwear (TCLF) sectors. By fostering collaboration between companies, vocational education and training providers, higher education institutions and social partners, the project addresses current and future skills needs through innovative learning pathways and flexible training opportunities.

The project supports upskilling and reskilling by developing practical training resources, promoting work-based learning and encouraging the recognition and transferability of skills across Europe. Through its collaborative approach, TCLFSkillBridge helps improve workforce mobility, enhance employability and ensure that the European TCLF sector has access to the skilled talent needed for a competitive, sustainable and resilient future.
