TCLF SKILLS ALLIANCE

The TCLF Skills Alliance is the collaboration platform for the Large-Scale Skills Partnership under the Pact for Skills, bringing together stakeholders from across the European Textile, Clothing, Leather and Footwear (TCLF) ecosystem. Coordinated by EURATEX, CEC (European Confederation of the Footwear Industry) and COTANCE (Confederation of National Associations of Tanners and Dressers of the European Community), the Alliance supports skills development, lifelong learning and workforce transformation across the sector.

The Alliance connects companies, education and training providers, research organisations, social partners and public authorities to share knowledge, promote best practices and develop initiatives that address current and future skills needs. Through collaboration, it helps the sector respond to the green and digital transitions while strengthening competitiveness and resilience.

Organisations can contribute by becoming Pact for Skills signatories, participating in Regional Skills Partnerships, sharing good practices, joining working groups and supporting collaborative projects and initiatives. Together, Alliance members are building a skilled, innovative and sustainable future for Europe’s TCLF industries.
